The Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) Program is suitable for students who would like to work behind the scenes in a medical laboratory setting to aid care teams in patient diagnosis. Such students develop a high degree of proficiency and accuracy in the medical laboratory.  Certified Medical Laboratory Scientists are in high demand to work in medical laboratories, and many go on to further their education in medical school.
