PSYC 445 : Deviant Behavior
This course examines how societies define and respond to deviant behavior. Students explore examples of behaviors labeled as deviant and study psychological and social theories that explain why deviance occurs. The course also considers how culture and social factors influence definitions of deviance and the consequences of being labeled deviant.
