NURS 444 : RN-BSN Population Health

Introduces population health concepts with emphasis on health promotion, risk reduction, and disease prevention in the context of whole-person wellness. Interprofessional collaboration and focus on the social and environmental determinants of health provide the framework for addressing community-level assessment and intervention strategies. Students will engage in a service-oriented community project in partnership with healthcare providers.
